These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InspectIQ mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by InspectIQ LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created for business use, either directly or by invitation from a company administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Free trial
We may offer a free trial period. Trials are provided as-is, may be modified or ended at our discretion, and do not obligate either party to continue after the trial period. We will notify you before a trial ends.
Your content
You retain ownership of the properties, inspections, notes, and photographs you upload. You grant us the limited right to host, process, compare, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your organization, including running automated photo comparison. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture and upload it, including any consent required to photograph a property.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to another company or user.
- Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Do not upload malicious code or unlawful content.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
No professional advice
InspectIQ is a documentation and comparison tool. Automated photo comparison is provided as an aid to review and may not identify every difference between photo sets, and may flag differences that are not actually damage. All results require human review. InspectIQ does not provide legal, insurance, engineering, or professional inspection advice, and does not substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified inspector. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the inspections you produce and for any claims you make based on them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectIQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
